What is does the cost estimate include?

Surprises are only fun on birthdays. We proudly offer no surprise pricing. Typically, we provide fixed bids to avoid unexpected surprises. All of our bids include labor and materials to complete the work. If you want variations of the estimate or are using our estimate to budget for projects that are more than 30 days from the day of the estimate, we will note it on the estimate to keep expectations clear for you and for us. If you request a change once we begin the work, it will be considered a change order, and we will give you an additional estimate of costs.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your work?

Accepted Answer

We offer a two-year workmanship warranty on the work we do. If you experience an issue with peeling, bubbling, or crackling paint, call us, and we will come out within a few days to investigate. If we find there is a product failure, we will engage with our painting manufacturer to resolve the issue.

Do I have to pay for the work in full upfront or provide a deposit?

Accepted Answer

You do not. We provide a clear estimate or proposal for the work, and our promise to you is that we will do excellent quality work, and your promise to us is that you will pay us when we are complete with the work. Our final hour is a thorough walk-through with you to address any issues or concerns, and then we ask for full payment at that time.

Do you have experience working with specific types of paint like Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore or Behr?

With over 30 years of experience, we have worked with a wide array of products and surfaces from many manufacturers. Our focus over the past few years has been on using more environmentally friendly products, mainly for interior residential repaints. We only use premium quality paints that are appropriate for the surface and application needed for each project. When needed, we will incorporate industrial products to maintain longer wear times.

What if I don’t know what color to paint my house?

Accepted Answer

No worries, we offer color consultations to all our clients. The color consultation typically takes about an hour and can be quite fun. Our aim is to take all the stress and anxiety out of color selection. We use architectural samples, digital tools, all backed with over 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of paint, pigments, color theory, and color psychology to ensure you feel confident in your final choice.
